I am a certified Nutrition + Lifestyle Coach, Yoga Instructor, busy mother of two, writer and nature enthusiast. My coaching is a culmination of childhood experiences with home remedies and whole foods, formal education, travel and exploration of different lifestyles and cultures, as well as my intense passion for self-care and improving the lives of others.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? When is the last time you spent an hour mindfully taking care of just you, nobody else?
