Meditation and Mindfulness are very powerful tools for moving through your everyday life in peace, with energy, clear in the mind and feeling grounded.
There are many types of meditation, ours is Creative Meditation, which is religion free, non hierarchical (no guru involved), completely based in the individuals ability to manage their mind, body and energy. We teach the principles of energy and awareness centred in the individual and without any rulebook for how to live. The energy that you will connect with it is your own natural energy, your mind and body’s natural intelligence, the energy of nature, and your own innate intuition or inner voice.

Visualisation and Meditation
Visualisation is a very effective way to communicate with your energy and your body, imagining stressful outcomes creates a real physical reaction of stress in the body, the brain perceives possible danger and warns the body, creating physical signals to keep us on the alert. Visualising peace and good outcomes – creates a real physical reaction too in the body – positive emotions and reactions are created instead. Sports coaches have long known this and used this in the training of top professional athletes. What the mind imagines – or “images” – the body listens and responds to. Creative Meditation is the conscious training of this very natural ability.
Basic Principles of Mind, Energy & Body
You will work with the most important principles of Energy awareness that enable you to create your inner world, your physical and emotional state and your experience of your daily life as well. Being able to be fully present, aware and grounded in the present moment dramatically changes your experience of living for the better.
Sabrina Rohbock is offering Meditation Coaching 1:1 or in groups, all offerings are tailor made for the each unique individual or group.
Groups can be in the workplace, online or live in Rio.
Sabrina is a fully certified Energy Awareness and Meditation Teacher who has previously worked in high stress design environments. Her personal experience of the challenges of life/work balance led to what became a life long passion of exploring the power and potential of Meditation to transform anyone’s life.

Packages may also include an online meditation service provided for people at work – 20- 30 minute guided meditation sessions that only require a headset and a quiet room. All practitioners receive MP3 recordings of meditations and visualisations to practice at home in their own time.
